Industrial scale.
Microscopic fidelity.
At our purpose-built textile mill in Karachi’s Super Highway Industrial Area, master Swiss-heritage Schiffli frames work in tandem with electronic multi-head arrays. We translate complex designer repeats into continuous, unblemished metres of guipure lace, cotton borders, and haute-couture embroideries.
Integrated Mill Infrastructure
Operating continuously since 1997 in S.I.T.E-II Karachi, our facility is engineered for total vertical control: from digital stitch punching and yarn twisting to 15-meter vertical Schiffli embroidery, automated multi-head arrays, and chemical lace bath finishing.

Large-Span Schiffli
Embroidery Frames.
The centerpiece of Allahwala Impex’s manufacturing capability is our bank of long-span Schiffli embroidery machines. Stretching 15.4 meters in continuous length, these behemoths suspend up to 15 yards of base fabric vertically under dual-level pneumatic tension.
Unlike standard horizontal flatbed machines that require frequent re-clamping and cause visible seam disruptions, our continuous Schiffli frames stitch full fabric bolts or seamless border trims in an uninterrupted pass with zero gravitational sag or skewing.
- Continuous Frame Length
- 15.4 Metres (50.5 ft)
- Embroidery Height
- 120 cm (Dual-Tier Array)
- Operating Velocity
- Up to 600 RPM Synchronized
- Tensioning System
- Dual-Level Pneumatic Suspension
- Key Applications
- Seamless Guipure All-Overs, Bridal Borders, GPO Chemical Lace
Continuous Needle Bank &
Synchronized Shuttle System.
The needle bank functions as a massive, synchronized loom of precision surgical needles and reciprocating boat shuttles. Operating with micro-second precision, each needle pierces the vertically suspended substrate while an opposing steel shuttle passes through the thread loop from behind.
Our systems feature micro-tension discs calibrated down to fractional grams. This dynamic adjustability allows our technicians to run gossamer fine silk filaments without snapping, or load heavy 20s/2 combed cotton threads for rich, sculptural relief in guipure motifs.
- Needle Density
- Over 1,024 Needle Positions
- Repeat Gauge Flexibility
- 4/4, 8/4 & Custom Spacing
- Break Detection
- Automated Piezoelectric Sensors
- Cam Mechanics
- Synchronized Dual-Eccentric Rails
- Yarn Compatibility
- Pure Combed Cotton, Spun Polyester, Rayon Silk, Lurex Metallic
Multi-Head Electronic
Embroidery Lines.
To complement our grand-scale Schiffli frames, Allahwala Impex houses high-speed multi-head electronic embroidery lines. Engineered for agile, multi-color decorative execution, these computerized suites operate at speeds reaching 1,000 stitches per minute.
Each head features independent automatic thread trimmers, active computerized color changers, and modular attachments for laser-cut applique, dual-color sequins, and structural ribbon cording. This allows us to produce complex multi-layered fashion embroideries with remarkable turnaround times.
- Head Configuration
- 20 to 30 Heads per Production Line
- Max Stitching Speed
- 1,000 Stitches / Minute (SPM)
- Color Needles
- 9 to 12 Colors per Head
- Specialty Add-ons
- Laser Sequin & Cording Units
- Operational Versatility
- Flatbed, Tubular Garment, and Continuous Border Roll-to-Roll
In-House Finishing, Bleaching &
Chemical Lace Dyeing.
True guipure and chemical lace cannot be completed on the embroidery frame alone. The embroidered composite must undergo rigorous chemical dissolution, hydro-extraction, stenter stabilization, and spectro-checked dyeing to release the independent lace structure with soft handfeel and zero shrinkage.
PVA Wash-Off Extraction Vats
Custom-engineered, temperature-controlled immersion vats with continuous counter-flow circulation. These units wash away the water-soluble non-woven base fabric cleanly, leaving freestanding, interlocked guipure lace filaments with pristine structural definition.
Steam Tension Stenters & Dryers
Continuous pin and clip stenter chambers that stabilize fabric width and warp tension. Steam injection relaxes thread fibers while controlled radiant heat cures the lace, preventing post-garment shrinkage, edge curling, or uneven scallops.
Computerized Spectrophotometer
High-precision Datacolor spectrophotometer lab units that measure color reflectance down to Delta E < 0.5. Every dye bath is checked under standardized D65 daylight and retail store lighting to guarantee exact Pantone and customer master-swatch fidelity.

Guaranteed batch consistency.
100% Captive Power Generation
Power interruptions cause needle stalling and disastrous stitch flaws. Our facility runs dual continuous gas-powered industrial generators with seamless automatic transfer, ensuring that long-span Schiffli patterns are never broken mid-cycle.
Controlled Ambient Humidity
Natural cotton and spun polyester threads expand and contract with atmospheric moisture. Our production halls maintain precision HVAC and ultrasonic humidification at 65% RH to eliminate static cling, thread snags, and tension deviations.
In-House Tooling & Lathe Workshop
Precision cams, shuttle tracks, and needle bars require regular micro-calibration. Our mill features an internal mechanical engineering shop equipped with lathes, surface grinders, and spare parts inventory for instantaneous preventative maintenance.
